Ballaholic Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Domestic (US) orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.
  • International shipping available! Delivery times vary (usually 7–21 business days), and you’ll see rates at checkout.

Order Tracking:

Shipping Carriers:
We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all orders.

Delays & Issues:
We work hard to ship on time, but holidays and weather may cause delays. If your package seems lost or delayed, reach out—we’ll help you resolve it fast.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. Ballaholic isn’t responsible for delays due to customs.
